We’ve just started working on this project, so there will be more to come on this one. The home is located at 14 Banks Avenue in the Liberty Heights section of Lexington, MA. We recently did a complete demolition of all interior wall plaster and partition walls as well as a complete mechanical system demolition including heating, plumbing and electric. There was also exterior demolition and foundation excavation work where we built temporary structural shoring along the back and side walls. We’ve also completed the excavation of the 18′ x 32′ addition.
Fully interior renovation of spacious 2 bedroom condo in desireable Chestnut Hill area of Brookline MA. New kitchenm new bathrooms, new floors, floor plan redesign, updated finishes. All coordinated with a property owner who had bought the unit for investment. Budget was tight but we managed to greatly enhance the space while not outpricing the the condo from the market.
Complete bathroom demolition and renovation in Beverly, Massachusetts focused on providing customer with adequate space. Layout modified, including opening up a wall and rough framing work. All new fixtures including double sink with vanity. Removed tub and installed a new custom tile shower. Coordinated all sub-contractor labor.
Full-home renovation project completed in Arlington Heights, Massachusetts. The bedroom received a raised ceiling, refinished wall and floor surfaces, and a custom closet organizer system. In the kitchen, existing cabinetry was reclaimed with some cabinets retrofitted with glass doors. A bead board back splash, wall and floor resurfacing, and new counters completed the job. The living room received wall and floor surface refinishing and custom built-ins.
30′ x 16′ deck in Needham, Massachusetts constructed of Ipé to meet contemporary design theme provided by the customer’s landscape architect. Deck tied main living space to outdoors by creating a transitional area between the house and the swimming pool. Engineered footings to comply with local building codes.
